High-Tech Surfboard Made from Cardboard
With the help of a 3-D modelling software, Mike Sheldrake has created this high-tech surfboard from the cheapest available material – cardboard. It is different from traditional surfboards in many aspects. It has not been carved out of foam. Instead, Mike has assembled 400 pieces of cardboard which are then coated with fiberglass and resin. The fiberglass coating makes this surfboard as effective as any other surfboard available today.
