This is one of the fastest grilling equipment as it takes less than a minute to heat-up and cool-down. The food is cooked on an aluminum disk and tastes similar to that grilled over charcoal. It is provided with a smoke plate which imparts a unique charcoal flavor to the food and although it works on the same charcoal principal it does not produce any ash or soot.
This eco-friendly grilling set employs solid ethanol as its fuel source and lights directly with a match spark. There’s no lighter fluid required, you simply have to remove the device’s protective film, place the disk in the grill and light it. The aluminum disk is ready to use in less than a minute, saving roughly half an hour in comparison to an ordinary charcoal grill. The grill can be used continuously for upto 40 minutes.
