Unconquered Sun unveils solar powered water pump and golf cart

Solar technology firm, Unconquered Sun has launched a pair of highly innovative and useful solar powered products; a water pump and a golf cart. Both the products mount the firm’s famous 260 Watt high efficiency polycrystalline solar panels. The company has produced the machines with a goal to satiate people’s growing thirst for various solar powered technologies.

Solar pump, cart spark interest

The solar water pump, originally called the USST 260 Mobile Solar Pump, is a two wheeled movable cart. It is mainly meant to provide flood relief, irrigation and drinking water in places like Africa, where electricity is still away from common people. The solar pump cart that can flow six gallon water in a minute features a self priming DC pump. Its rocky tires will allow users to move it in uneven roads and terrains.

According to Sean Moore, the CEO of Unconquered Sun, hundreds of people die across the globe due to lack of potable water. In many under developed countries, the shortage of electricity denies accessible water to people. Well, the solar pump can give them access to the underground water sources where ever abundant sunlight is available. The solar pump measures in at 86 x 39 x 23 inches.

The golf cart, called the USST 260 Watt EV Solar Roof, is a solar powered cart that golfers can use to ride between shots. The vehicle, which the company claims is being used by 85 percent golfers, is modular for two, four and six seats. The cart is built of the powder coated aluminum with universal attachment methodology. It rocks the dimensions of 73 x 39 x 3 inches and it weighs at 50lbs.

Unconquered Sun sells the golf cart for $6,000 and the solar pump for $5,000. It also features a golf cart conversion kit, which can be used to convert a regular golf cart to a solar one. The kit comes for $2,000.
