Eco factor: Eco-friendly cell phone concept can be charged by the heat of surrounding objects.

London designer Patrick Hyland has a sizzling hot concept to heat up the cell phone market this season. Christened the “Nokia E-Cu,” this mobile phone concept is something you would have never seen or heard before. This ingenious cell phone doesn’t require to be plugged into a socket to charge, instead it can be charged by the heat in your pocket. The eco-friendly Nokia E-Cu sports an interestingly build copper case that features engraved heat-sinks in the shape of dried earth.

The phone has a thermogenerator integrated inside, which converts heat from any source into electrical energy to charge the phone. So, now forget those environment unfriendly phone chargers and let the hot objects around you do the job. This good-looking phone will eradicate the 51,000 tons of waste and greenhouse gases created by phone chargers yearly. Besides, I think it’s a great style maker.
