Eco Factor: Lighting system uses the power of water to light up your pool.
Lighting your pool with power-guzzling lamps can not only give you a electric shock while swimming, but can also make you feel the same when you check your electricity bill. Designer Lysandre Follet has a high-tech solution to this, which he calls EcoLights. The concept pool lighting system has a built-in water turbine that runs on the flow of water from the filter pump to generate electricity that powers up a set of LEDs integrated in the lighting system.
The Dark Side:
The lights have to be connected to the filter pump outlet, which means you won’t be able to install more of these lights in your pool. Moreover, the lights would only work when the filter pump is working.
