Beautiful tableware made out of recycled glass

beautiful tableware made out of recycled glass

Look at the glassware. Aren’t they beautiful? I bet you would love to have them in your house and on your table. What’s even more beautiful than the items themselves is the fact that they have all been carved out of glass that apparently had no use and were thrown away. Aptly named Fire and Light, this company, working devotedly since 19995 in partnership with the California Community Recycling Center along with some local investors, has taken recycling glass to a new height, using more than 91% recycled glass to manufacture this exotic tableware that glows with all the colors of the rainbow.

The process undertaken by them to manufacture the items reduces the weight of waste on earth, conserves natural resourcs and cuts down on energy consumption. It’s no wonder that the products of this ‘green’ idea have found many admirers worldwide. Fire and Light continues to nourish their imagination to churn out innovative products every once in a while. One moment they are turning, as if by magic, useless broken dishes into Sea Glass used in aquariums and decor. The next instant they are putting beer kegs to the good use of cooling their ladles used in the manufacturing process.

The consumers aren’t required to make the slightest compromise when they buy this tableware. Apart from being stnning enough to brighten up your house and wow your guests, they are dishwasher-safe and thus require low maintenence. I personally loved their range and wish more and more companies would undertake such green methods of producing equally beautiful lifestyle products and thus let Mother Nature breathe a sigh of relief.

Do check out the entire range at FireandLight. You are sure to spot something you’d like to bring home.
