World’s first: The healthiest & completely sustainable fish and chips

The Iglu restaurant, on Jamaica Street in Glasgow boasts of serving World’s healthiest and first completely sustainable organically produced cod.

These cods are reared at Johnson Seafarms in Shetland. The farm prides itself in producing fresher, cleaner and tastier cods.

Iglu proprietor Charles Cornelius said:

It is great to know that we now offer the best-tasting fish from sustainable stocks, free from pesticides and unwanted chemicals.

These cods were a hit among Hollywood stars like Demi Moore and Pierce Brosnan at the Sundance Film Festival. So successful it is that it is now served at the renowned French Laundry hotel, in California’s Napa valley.
