The lovely Villas of Tarabini, Sanzpont Aquitectura are located in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. These houses built on surface area of 671 sq.m *240 sq.m were designed to be in harmony with nature. The whole architecture is eco friendly, including the site selection and the building material. At the same time, no compromises have been made with the comfort and luxury of the owners. The whole ambience inside and outside the house is so natural that it makes the person feel close to nature.
The house is posited in such a way that it does not disturb the flora of the region. The trees present have been beautifully integrated with the design and beauty of the house. The natural stones from this region have been used for the foundation and on the walls of the ground floor. It gives a beautiful shape to the building and also blends well with the soil here and enhances the visual beauty. The main body of the house is made with timber which is mainly responsible for creating an ambience. It has been used to create arbors, sliding and folding shutters which controls the amount of sunlight and heat that enters the house. Using timber is an eco- friendly move, but it does provide warmth, comfort, and natural look. The cover is made from wood that provides shade to the terrace and at the same time, facilitates air flow and keeps the house refreshing.The outside terrace joins the interior of the house through golf course.
The building is oriented in such a way that it regulates the entry of solar rays. This keeps the house cool during summers and warm during winters. The white walls on the upper floor shields the house from the sun. The furniture is aimed towards providing rest and relaxation. The interiors of the house is cozy and elegant.
