Eco Factor: Zero-emission vehicle powered by electric batteries.
French electric vehicle specialist Venturi has unveiled its new electric creation at the Paris Motor Show. Christened the “America,” the zero-emission vehicle adopts a half buggy, half sportscar-style design that blends an electric sportscar and an all-terrain leisure vehicle. The vehicle’s electric engine produces over 300hp of power and 300Nm of torque.
The electric motor sources power from a 54KWh lithium ion polymer battery pack, which provides a range of about 300km at a speed of about 90kph. The two-seater vehicle boasts a top speed of 180kph and the onboard battery pack can be recharge to 80 percent capacity in eight hours via a standard electrical socket.
