Eco Factor: Sustainable lamp powered by renewable solar energy.
Solar-powered lamps seem highly practical, as they can sit out in the sun during the day and after dark, when we need them, they can be brought indoors to illuminate. The folks over at Onø Design think similarly and have created the Turner Solar LED light.
During the day, the lamp can be turned upside down to collect useful photons. After dark, when the lamps are turned back again, they start to glow using the energy collected during their daytime outing. Moreover, the lights are fitted with LED bulbs, which don’t waste much energy and also don’t attract insects the way other bulbs do.
