Eco Factor: Zero-emission scooter powered by electric batteries.
Suzuki Motor Company has announced the completion of a new electric scooter, the e-Let’s, which is based on Suzuki’s Let’s4 Basket scooter. Developed in conjunction with Sanyo Electric Company, the e-scooter will be able to run for a hour at a speed of 30kph.
Sanyo also announced the agreement with Suzuki to provide the electric drive systems for the e-Let’s scooters. The drive system is composed of Sanyo’s own high-performance wheel hub motors and high-efficiency control circuits as well as the lithium-ion battery that will power the scooter.
