Every building has a purpose to serve and the purpose driven design adds perpetuality and repose to it. A live example of such design is SPIRETEC. Fortunate are the ones who would use it to shape their lives. Normally, an education institute is considered as a temple of learning in India. This building can aptly be called so with its inspiring design being the goddess.

A double layer exterior wall which defines a ventilated and articulated cavity is the part of exterior skin system to visually unify the entire campus. Geometric and chromatic patterns and color variations reflecting ancient India are designed as outer layer. To create a beacon for Greater Noida, it’s programmed to be a large volume in the campus.

Hotels, residences, commercial and cultural spaces have been composed in the program as outer shell. This shell in turn covers an internal 24-7 activity center. The inner space acting as a Civic center and a lush vertical garden of drought tolerant plants, floral and herbaceous species, ivy and ferns form the heart and green lung of the project. The lush garden stretches 20 stories high.
