What better place could there be for the placing of solar panels than the roof, after all it is the place where most solar panels are placed anyhow, but instead of having a huge solar panel system fixed to the roof, this new system has actually built the solar panels into roof tiles, which will make the whole process easier and much more secure as the tiles are actually built into the roof instead of on the roof as with conventional solar power systems.
It won’t be long before this type of product is being produced on a large scale which will bring the price down and make virtually every new home totally solar powered, which is going to be great for the environment and at the same time save people money on energy costs too.
This type of product is already available, but anyone wanting to use them would have to replace their old roof tiles or part tiles with this new product, but the problem that it presents to the consumer is cost, if the roof is built with these tiles then the cost is absorbed into the building costs, but when a home owner has to do this the cost may not ever be recouped.
