If you are one of those guys who want to go electric with your daily commute and want to use an electric bike for it, then the Shadow EBike is the one for you. Dubbed as the ‘World’s first Wireless electric bike’, it has been designed by Toronto-based Daymak Inc. The bicycle is free from the hassles of wires and the technology used in it ensures that you will have no problem with getting it charge easily.

With the use of ISM 2.4 GHz wireless using frequency-hopping spread spectrum technology, Shadow does away with any cables for brakes, gears and other stuff. Whatever the bike need is packed into the front when neatly and is operated using the special wireless technology. Daymak assures that you need not worry about others interfering and controlling the bike as each component inside is exclusively paired with the control system.

The front wheel also includes the hub for a USB port, charging port and an LED battery power display and the regenerative braking technology incorporated inside Shadow allows you to recharge the moment you slam on the brakes. Shadow is available in a couple of versions with a 250W or 350W electric motor, a 36V 10AH lithium-ion battery and has a range of about 12-15 miles on a single charge. Of course, you can stretch that to 25 miles if you are willing to let the pedal-assist mode kick-in and sweat a little.

The Li-Ion battery inside takes about 4-5 hours to charge up fully and with its wireless connectivity you can maybe even monitor the Bike’s vital stats in future over a seamless connection to your Laptop or PC. Either way, Shadow is the ultimate EBike for all those who love to go green in style. Place a pre-order today and get one by April 30th.
