This is really not the way I would probably want to spend the old records which are almost obsolete now. Many of them are even today collector’s items which will probably fetch you loads of cash and unless either you have the most useless old records or just averse to buying a new car by selling them in an auction, it is highly unlikely that you will end up doing this. But this new recycling idea is quite appealing and the finished look of this really special table gives you a very nice feel.
The table here has been crafted by Aisha Ersahin and she has obviously done a very fine job with it. If you want to buy one of these very limited pieces then it will not be cheap either. You will have to shell out as much as £ 320 for one of these. That pretty much means I will never buy this and since I have absolutely no old records with me, the table is never going to adorn my living room for sure.
This is just another example of what you can do with stuff otherwise considered junk. From old egg cartons, newspaper and even broken pieces of glass- Everything is eligible for recycling provided you have the vision for it. (By the way, next time I see this someone better put the magazines on the table in a neatly arranged fashion)
