Tommy Bahamas is making an effort to revive the bicycling culture by promoting health, recreational and eco friendly benefits the eco mode affords to us. It has partnered with Pedego to produce an electric bike ready to make its debut at the Inter Bike International Trade Expo at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas.
The bike has been created in classic cruiser and step-thru styles using light weight aluminum and features custom-padded handgrips and an adjustable contoured seat. The bicycle comes equipped with a manual six-speed gear box along with 36-volt lithium battery so that the user can shift between self pedaling or electric mode thereby letting the bike does all the work. The bicycle reaches a top speed of 20mph and is priced at $2,575 USD.
