Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects have received final city approval for their proposed Jingui Li, a mixed-use neighborhood to be developed by SPG Land in Wuxi, China. Construction on the 770,000sqm project is expected to commence in 2011. Envisioned as a model for sustainable livable cities, Jingui Li will be primarily residential, with an emphasis on outdoor public spaces.
