This multi-functional green tower will combine the trademark aesthetics of Norman Foster along with the cutting edge green building technologies.

When complete, the tower will provide a location for living, working and entertainment. It will be designed keeping in mind the harsh climatic conditions in Siberia. The 280-meter high tower will be covered in glass that maximizes the daylight in the tower and minimizes the need of artificial lighting.

Since Siberia is a cold place, this tower will also provide enough heat to the residents and the occupants of this tower that they will seldom need an artificial heating source, keeping the trend of the tower green. The tower will also rely in renewable energy sources for its operation.

The tower’s summit will also house a restaurant from where the beauty of mother nature can be admired.
