This is one mans tribute to Jerry Garcia and he has done a pretty good job n not just making it worth it, but also has made it green and eco-friendly. By paying a green musical tribute to the legend, maybe this guy has earned his place in the hall of fame of Jerry Garcia fans. On Aspen Mountain, there area a number of “shrines” dedicated to fallen musician- Elvis Presley, Jerry Garcia, John Denver, and even Liberachi. (I wish to take a look at the Elvis one though). So this guy decided that he would pay a tribute to Jerry Garcia by leaving this musical gift to him.
Cory Menscher has probably paid the best tribute possible and in the process he has also taught all of us how to make a kinetic powered audio amplifier that will surely evolve in to an audio player. The making of it is not the simplest in the world and if you have no idea about electronic components, I honestly suggest you to just enjoy admiring the work, but not take it up. For someone like me, who has spent the better part of 3 years of his life in electronic labs, mostly accomplishing nothing new, this is an absolute delight.
