Go green is the call of the hour, and here is a product to be looked upon – iSAVE faucet by Reamon Yu, a design so smart and efficient that it was recently chosen as a runner-up in the Metropolis Magazine Next Generation awards. It’s a LED display for faucets and showers to make users aware of their water usage, and make them more inclined to save water.
The gadget easily attaches to your sink or showerhead to provide a digital readout of the amount of water that was being used in a shower. Another exciting feature – it doesn’t need any external energy to keep it running rather energy is generated through a turbine which activates as the water pressurizes it. Looks aren’t bad either! So next time you use water – be careful, either buy this gadget or try curbing your water consumption.
