HP has showcased its latest ecofriendly desktop computer, the HP Compaq 8000f Elite Ultra-slim for business use, which is plastered with green-approved certifications from EPEAT Gold and EnergyStar and comes equipped with an 80-Plus certified power supply system.
In addition to its energy-saving features, HP claims that the system doesn’t use PVC or brominated flame retardants as well. The $799 default variant of the system features Windows XP Professional with an option for either an Intel Pentium Dual Core CPU or a Core 2 Duo one.
