Eco Factor: Sculpture made using used Coke bottle crates.
This giant Coca Cola Man has been created by Porky Hefer of Animal Farm for Coca-Cola. The structure has been made using 2500 used 1.25l Coca-Cola bottle crates that have been assembled using a skeleton of scaffolding. Weighing about 25 tons and standing 16.5m tall the structure rests in a fan park in Newton Johannesburg. All the materials will be recycled at the end of the structure’s life.
