We all know the friendly printing machine brand Epson. What we do not know is that Epson has got a thumbs up from Energy Saving Trust. According to the Trust, Epson is recommended as an energy saving product. Well, the value points are that the printer saves on energy (in Watts) in all the three modes-ready to use mode, sleep mode and also standby mode. The most important thing to be noted here is that Epson still is a printer, which uses paper, a product which is accounted for the loss of trees. Thus, in its effort to outwit the market in the sphere of conservation, Epson can do with some recycled paper product. Well, it is good to see that some companies have realized of late that nature needs a good part of our attention and mere talks and discussions would not do much good. I guess, more and more products of such lineage should be manufactured and encouraged. However, I must admit that paper itself should be used very cautiously. Just like Egyptian papyrus, our own congenial form of paper is also very precious. We could always do with some recycled alternatives. What do you people think? Source: Hippyshopper
