To mature up the tourism industry in the Cecil County, the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal waterside road will be converted into a biking and hiking path — drawing not only the beachgoers in the summer, but also tourists looking to enjoy nature cycling and kayaking.
$18 million project will surely be a potential moneymaker across the shore.
Representing the shore, Rep. Wayne Gilchrest said,
