Eco Factor: Portable garden to tempt homeowners to go green.
For eco-minded homeowners who always cursed the lack of space as the only hurdle in their walk to the greens, the Eden Project won’t leave you with any more excuses. The scheme, which depends on a portable garden carrier made from Thermo-formed heavy-duty plastics with wheels at its base, should be enable people living in skyscrapers to get a taste of owning a garden.
The scheme will allow homeowners to take home a patch of a garden, nourish it and bring it back to the community greenhouse, which will be centrally located. Once you’re done with the garden, you can also use the same carrier as a portable storage bin for stacking your tools.
The Dark Side:
The idea seems fantastic, but the implementation looks too complex. Moreover, the plastic construction of the carrier will ruin the eco-aspects of the project carriers.
