The vehicle retains the illusion of the mass-produced luxury automobile, but is reduced to a shell that now has a top speed of 15 km per hour. Try beating this on a bicycle, surely you gonna win. If you admire it from the eco-friendly way, there is a possibility that you may like the concept, whereas if you are a critic, you can have a good laugh on the crazy concept of pedals in a car.
