Eco Factor: Energy efficient geothermal heating and cooling system saves energy.
In present circumstances, every architectural project is expected to embrace as many sustainable features as it can. The green trend is on the rise in countries where people are conscious about global warming. One more such project is being planned to be built at the Arjen district of Dubailand. The crescent-shaped park is called “Eye Park.” The whole project will include six residential towers to achieve sustainability. The designer has an architecturally-focused kinetic sculpture in mind that he wishes to put into reality.
An energy efficient geothermal heating and cooling system has made it a LEED Silver certificate holder. This energy-saving solution doesn’t seem to be destabilizing luxury and comfort.
The Dark Side: There is only a single feature included to save energy. Still, a number of other features like PV cells, wind turbines and a water collecting system have been ignored.
