Why don’t you include your grown up kids to make one for your garden? All you need is a solar cell, a Nicad/Nimh rechargeable battery, a terminal block, a resistor, a diode, a double sided tape, a switch, some wires, LEDs and lastly a transparent plastic canister. It’s a great green idea to displace the kerosene and paraffin lanterns with this kinda solar lighting device!
