Bingo! You can now charge your essential gizmos on the move with the latest from Taiwanese company Antig. They have just released their new handheld direct methanol powered fuel cell charger which is dubbed as the Antig A5 Blade. It is powered to render up to 10 hours of power from a single cartridge. The A5 uses a single H2PowerChip module in a planar design that results in a very low profile, lightweight system. Since it uses replaceable cartridges, it can be easily carried or placed in a briefcase, and is targeted as a back-up charger for portable devices, such as cell phones, PDAs and digital cameras. No longer have we needed to be on a hunt for a plug point to get it juiced up.
