Priced at $2,500 this zero-emissions scooter is an electric bike designed for the urban commuter, however the crew from Ultra Motor’s don’t want the A2B to be called a scooter because the chief marketing point is that it doesn’t require any kind of license or special permit, like a motorcycle or scooter. The price is high because it’s competing against the high end bicycles and also motorcycles and cars. The ones fretting about the cost can compare it with the cost of traveling, maintaining, parking motorcycles and cars, maybe then you’ll realize that this baby is worth it all!
