Inflatable Fuel Cell cars coming your way!

whisper

Most victims in a car crash lose their lives or a part of their body as they get entangled in the damaged metallic body of the car. If the engineers at XP Vehicles are to be believed, we may see more lives being saved and more victims coming out of a crash unhurt in the new inflatable car they are producing.

This eco-friendly electric car called ‘Whisper’ will be powered by massed battery arrays, fuel cells and fuel cell/battery hybrid plants. Whisper will be shipped in two cardboard boxes and any one with a high school education will be able to assemble this, according to the automaker. Of course, you get all the good stuff you get with a regular car like “ipod mounts & connects, 20 colors, trim, decals, roof, no roof, car covers, solar mounts, stereos, integrated pumps, home connections, GPS, battery clubs, alarms”.

Whisper can float on water as it is inflatable and so in case of a tsunami, you are kind of safe if you are in it. A special ballast and aerodynamic design set of features makes the car very stable and ensures that the car won’t get blown away or gets punctured.
Whisper, according to the website is a ‘$3000 electric car that is tougher than your SUV and gets a lot better mileage’. The shipping is expected to begin seven months after they receive the funding.
