Eco Factor: Super skyscraper for Asia to aim for LEED Certification.
Kohn Pederson Fox architects have revealed plans for a super skyscraper to be built in Seoul, South Korea, which when complete in 2014 will be the tallest building in Asia and the second tallest skyscraper in the world.
Dubbed Lotte Super Tower 123, the structure will serve as the new corporate headquarters for the Lotte Group and provide space for mixed-use areas such as shops, apartments, offices and a hotel. The tower will have an environmentally responsible design, with which it is aiming toward a LEED Silver Certification.
