Exhibiting architectural excellence, the high-rise building includes everything from an internal wind farm to stock exchange to science laboratory to greenhouse. The mixed-use development also includes an Ostrich Farm that provides a healthy habitat to precious animals.

The sky garden and park overlooking the entire city will give the visitors a spectacular view. Residents will be offered hi-end housing that allows them to live a comfortable, green and lavish life. The structure will also house offices, fitness center, energy substations, aquarium and shops. The agricultural space will allow growing organic food. The performance theater, nightclubs, spa and wildlife game park will take care of the recreational needs. The internal wind farm will provide sufficient energy to power the skyscraper.
