The building’s structure will feature different claddings, including photovoltaic panels to generate electricity and a green wall as well. The floor will be a hybrid of glulam (glued laminated) beams and reinforced concrete. The concrete panels will be prefabricated offsite, helping reduce the construction time by 50 percent.
