£1m living space from concrete bunker

Living space from bunker! A 90ft by 50ft underground water tank, a concrete bunker with a tin foof has been sold for £400,000! Yes, it is to be converted into a 3,800sq ft living space. The plan for the living offers space for five-bedroom accommodation, accompanied with stunning views.

Owners Keyland Developments, part of Kelda, owner of Yorkshire Water, put the 11ft deep concrete bunker for sale from March. The reservoir is located in a field near Bradford, UK.

The planning permission and architectural drawings for the plan are all done. The property — off Beckfoot Lane at Harden, near Bingley – shows that the huge underground water tank can be transformed into a 3,800sq ft living space.
