Eco Factor: Zero-emission vehicles powered by electric engines.
Xtreme Green Products has unveiled two new rides for police use at the AFVI Expo in Las Vegas. The newly launched vehicles include the Police Pro ATV and the Sentinel PMV (Police Mobility Vehicle), both of which are powered by lithium-ion batteries.
The Police Pro ATV can hit a top speed of 45mph and can operate for 75 miles on a single charge. Built for both off-road and on-road use, the ATV can operate in either two-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive mode on its 100Ah, 72V lithium-ion battery bank.
The Sentinel PMV is a three-wheeled scooter that can hit a top speed of 29mph and can operate for 80 miles at a speed of 10mph.
