VW Viseo- Techno hybrid with Classy Green Design

viseo

This car isn’t West coast’s creation (Pimp my ride fame). The electric car prototype is a unique design developed by Marc Kirsch for his diploma project in collaboration with Volkswagen design in Wolfsburg, Germany. Powered by an electric engine the design of this three seated car is highly influenced by internationally renowned Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava.

Based on the concept of dynamic balance, a philosophy adhered to by Calatrava, Kirsch has developed a complete driving experience which offers a greater level of comfort with use of newer technologies and also has the underlying idea of being environmentally conscious.

Clatravian influence is visible in the Volkswagen Viseo in the way large glass surface area is wrapped in a flexible OLED film. This allows the vehicle to communicate externally and display information to the driver and passengers.

viseo with detachable trunk

The classy aerodynamic body has an interesting feature. Its trunk is detachable and can be strolled as a suitcase. Now that is interesting but what about the functional part? This design for sure is something really out of the box what how convenient can a detachable trunk be?

Nothing can be said about this concept until it hits the road which as of now is a distant dream.
