Vectrix ZEV Scooter for a clean green drive

vetrix 1

All of us have become slaves to rising fuel prices and limited options. As a result electric vehicles are gaining popularity. One such two-wheeler is the modish Vectrix ZEV. Vectrix, the maker of this electric two-wheeler, refers to it as “the only highway legal”, “luxury” vehicle in US. Looking more like a bike and less like a typical scooter, this two-wheeler is here to woo all those who are concerned about the fuel consumption and emissions as well as the price we have to pay for it. This zero-emissions luxury vehicle with a built-in rechargeable nickel-metal hydride battery can zoom from zero to 50 mph in flat seven seconds. It has a top speed of 62 mph which makes it ideal for use within a city. It has a range of around 50 miles before it needs to be recharged, depending on the speed at which you are driving it. It also features energy-saving patented regenerative deceleration system (DAaRT), standing-point reverse capability, Brembo disk brakes, and standard 110 volt charging. Estimated at $11,000, you will feel the load on your pocket, but if you sit and calculate otherwise (fuel prices, parking hassles, zero emissions, etc.) I’m sure this sexy scooter will score a 100%.
