While trying to work on the noble cause, the Cambridge Design Partnership stumbled upon a great eco-friendly vehicle powering idea. Confused? Well, let’s start from the scratch. It all began when the partnership was trying to device a Lightweight Oxygen Concentrator for the war heroes of their country, so that easy and accessible oxygen can be made available to them in dire situations.
While they were at this, they had to check out various types of engines and their working, and voila!, they came up with this brilliant stroke of genius. This special go-kart style vehicle which is capable of running 1325 miles in just one gallon. Now this is an astronomical and unbelievable mileage record which was achieved this month.
This concept was test proofed by a 11-year old at a mileage marathon at Mallory Park.This little wonderkid gets to be one of the firsts to be riding on the wings of a legendary conception. The team did not just stop at the performance area but extended their genius to other areas of functionality as well.
These vehicles also demonstrate low friction tyres to reduce the wastage of fuel in ground friction drags. The little girl by the name of Kitty Foster, was extremely psyched about the whole scenario and gushed laudatory words for this eco-car. The car in itself is a sleek low go-kart type structure with a narrow shape and cutting front to slice through the winds and thus make possible the mileage figure which sends the greatest car aficionados into a state of blissful amazement.
