Automobile giant Toyota has launched its seven seater car, Prius A in to the Japan market on May 13. This seven seater car is going to be sold in Europe with the name Prius. Though the wagon was supposed to hit Japan market in March itself, it got delayed due to tsunami. It is known that Toyota closed down its manufacturing for over a month in Japan in March due to earthquake and subsequent tsunami. While the looks are something that play big in selling this car, the best feature of the car is the eco-friendly engine. Prius A is an electric car and needs no fuel to move ahead. It not only saves the drivers’ pockets but also helps the environment.

This car has awesome looks and has a Lithium-Ion battery. This battery will be placed between the driver and the passenger in the front row. Second best feature of the car is the great steering and amazing seating that ensures a comfort ride. The car is available in all light colors, right from classic white to sober ash. The front hood of Prius A adds beauty to it further the fine finishing makes it much more appealing.

At the first sight, Prius A reminded me of Innova, which was a big, big hit in the international market. Since Prius A comes from the same family and is also a seven seater, there is much similarity between Innova and Prius A except for the engine part. While Innova runs with fuel, Prius runs with battery.

The inside of Prius A is also something that makes people wear a ‘wow’ expression on their faces. The seating in Prius A reminded me of the seating in the business class air craft. Driver is the person who will enjoy the maximum as the car features one of the best steering with comfortable gearing system.

Whether this car will become a big hit in Japan or not, if introduced in India, these cars will be sold like hot cakes given the fact that people in India are going mad over increasing fuel prices. Further, Toyota is the most sought after transportation brand in India.
