Designed by Wood March Architecture, the Carrington Tower will have solar panels incorporated into the louvers to capture energy for internal electrical supplies. A solar collector system will also be included to provide hot water. Moreover, roof-mounted micro roof turbines will provide renewable wind energy to the tower as well. A gray water reuse system is also being planned to reduce water consumption.
Purchasing a one-bedroom apartment in the Carrington Tower will set you back $500,000 and sub-penthouses will go for $3 million.
