The development, anticipated to be completed by May this year, will be graced by a structure being referred to as the “Shanghai Chandelier”. The structure will have a 40m-high glass-clad portal, will overlook the public park and waterfront. The energy-saving development will employ Shanghai’s first River Water Cooling Technology, which will make use of water from the Huang Pu River as a refrigerant to cool the building during the summer months.
