The product comes with a strap for the knee and is easy to use as it is pretty light. It will not affect you jogging too much and is pretty light. You will not feel like you are carrying a burden and it will not cause any discomfort. The product looks and feels really cool. It is nice to see that more companies are taking up and working on this idea. If only we could put a mobile for recharge like this someday. That would be really worth it.
