Porsche has released the details of the Porsche Panamera S Hybrid which will have its world debut at the 2011 Genva Motor Show next month. The main focus point is that its fuel consumption and CO2 emission level. The vehicle has a 15g/km CO2 emission level and a 6.8 l/100km fuel consumption. This makes Panamera Hybrid the most efficient porsche ever made.
The car will have a 3.0 litre supercharged V6 engine developing 333 hp and an electric motor with an additional 47 horsepower. This will put the total output of the vehicle to 380 hp and 428 lb-ft of torque.
The interior has two-tone color scheme with a center console featuring an array of switches. The steering wheel has thump switches allowing the driver to manually select the ratio of the seven-speed PDK dual clutch gear box. A large navigation screen dominates the center of the instrument panel. Back seat accommodation appear to be just as capable as those up front, if less adjustable.
The car’s front will be distinguished by a bi-xenon headlight design with LED technology, but the rear gets a new lid with a large glass screen and a spoiler. The final touch is provided by a new set of wheels, starting with a standard 18″ and going up to the optional 20″.
The price of Porsche Panamera S Hybrid starts from $95,000.
