Sonesta hotel and condominium is the outcome of a project that was finally achieved through rigorous analysis and involvement of various arsenals such as client specification, environment, and financial exigencies. The designing of this skyscraper is essentially based on the popular notion of “breathable skin” giving an aesthetic feel to the city of Florida.
With “Sonesta” Oppenheim seeks to establish a new benchmark in designing.
