Oklahoma resident transforms Chevrolet pick-up to run on electric engine

Electric Truck

When determination is strong, age creates no bar. This has been proved by 70 years old Valdon Foster of Oklahoma who has designed a powerful eco friendly electric truck. Its entire design is based on 1999 model Chevrolet pick-up. Valdon Foster sweated for three months in a row to convert a wasted 99 model Chevrolet pick-up into a powerful eco friendly truck.

This truck is more proficient than any ordinary gas powered automobile. Almost around 144 volts of energy is supplied to the engine by 24 strong batteries. It gives an impressive mileage of 70mph and can cover around 100 miles on road with fully charged batteries.

By designing this truck Valdon has once again completed the challenge of turning impossible into possible. This is not his first design. His passion and love for cars and automobiles have made him build an eco friendly electric bicycle too. And this is not an end to his visualization and creativity. Valdon has already started thinking and planning his next project. He is aiming to create an electric motorcycle and might design electric plane in upcoming years.
