Prostate cancer patients to get their chemotherapy drug straight fro the nature – mushroom! The leading chemotherapy drug – doxorubicin can get more powerful by adding the mushroom — Phellinus linteus to its ingredients.
The extracts from the mushroom can improve the drug’s ability to kill cancerous cells. Researchers at the Boston University School of Medicine in Massachusetts have found that the combination was just as effective in killing cancerous cells as larger doses of the drug alone! But, it does not harm the healthy cells.
