Eco Factor: Universal charger harvests solar energy to charge handheld devices.
MOSeco has unveiled its new ES905 universal charger that has been designed for all those who’re always interested in a camping trip. The universal charger has been designed to harvest solar energy during the day to charge a wide range of portable electronic devices, including mobile phones and digital cameras.
If solar energy is not being generated, the device can also charge gadgets with normal AA or AAA batteries. The onboard battery of the ES905 can also be juiced up via a mini-USB port and if everything fails, there is a hand-operated dynamo generator as well. With an LED flashlight to top everything up, the device costs about $83.
