Remember the 3Rs of learning – Reading, writing and arithmetic? Apparently today man can flourish only if he incorporates Recycling and Re-use as the new 2Rs in the modern-day lifestyle. Some of us are doing quite an inspiring job at it and as of now it is Matthijs Vogels who tops that list. Ached by the amount of food that goes to waste in restaurants, Vogel started off with a cradle-to-cradle project and opened his own eating joint – Sprout. This place’s USP is the fact that they recycle everything that is left-over and nothing here would go to waste. The Dutch design student was so passionate about the concept that he takes the pain of recycling even coffee grinds and herbs to construct plates and bowls! This 100 percent compostable and zero-wastage collection has been titled Wasteware, although I personally think it should have been No-wasteware!
