Advanced, ambitious and astute – these are the words that aptly describe this state-of-the-art conception of a skyscraper, conceived by Kinetura studio. Named as the Kinetower, this literally metamorphic structure will actually expand according to the intensity of sunlight!
The ‘vital’ outer facade of this building will be imbued with flexible yet intelligent exterior openings that can bloat and open up, depending upon the availability and intensity of natural sunlight, and thus acting as energy regulators. These ‘windows’ would be constituted of elastic, flexible yet hardy materials, which can readily and conveniently expand and compress accordingly. Though the required technology is still in development stage, nonetheless we would all eagerly wait for a deftly designed building to literally ‘breathe’ and ‘react’; in effect harmonizing with the surrounding climatic conditions.
